Fifteen were honoured to be invited to the Cherub’s Ball by our client and local TV personality Des Coleman.
The Cherub’s Ball, held at Blotts Country Club at Holme Pierrepont in Nottingham, hosted yearly to raise support and awareness for the charity School for Parents.
The Nottingham based charity gives parents who have children with disabilities a place to go and learn how to help their child develop everyday skills that are life changing for families.
Des is an Ambassador of the charity and hosted the evening offering lots of singing, dancing, laughing and fun.
The charity receives no external funding and events like the Cherub’s Ball are an excellent opportunity to raise as much money as they can to keep the charity going.
There were plenty of fundraising activities to get involved in, from raffles to auctions including everything from 5* meals to luxury holidays. We were keen to get our hands on the 3l Jeroboam Champagne bottles on offer but unfortunately we didn’t succeed!
The evening was a huge success raising over £23,000.00 on the night and we all celebrated by dancing the night away into the early hours with a great band, Pesky Alligators.
All in all we had a fantastic evening, enjoyed lovely food and great company. Thank you for the invite Des, we hope everyone enjoyed the evening as much as we did and will continue their support for School for Parents.
