About Love My Skin
Love My Skin are part of Kinetik Wellbeing (a well-known company in the health and fitness industry who have their products on the shelves of Boots and Supermarkets) and believe in using the latest technology to give their customers the best products on the market. Their products cater for those looking for hair loss as well as anti-aging and clear skin solutions.
To create a brand for Love My Skin that fit with the existing Kinetik brand, but could stand alone.
A website that is to sell products online, and provide an information base that will allow users to refer back to the website to gain access to FAQ’s and reviews.
Digital marketing to be implemented to bring people to the website, and engage with the audience in the best possible way.
Creating a brand that would be recognisable and fit within the Kinetik family was key to the success of the brand. It was important that the brand stands alone as a recognisable entity and could be carried across multiple marketing platforms with ease.
Alongside the brand, we created a range of PDF documents to be used across the website and for internal use, and the packaging for the laser hair removal product that launched with the website.
The website is a full e-commerce solution which links with Love My Skin’s chosen payment provider, the website is fully responsive, and scales down to different mobile and tablet screen sizes with ease, utilising best practice development techniques, and modern design trends.
The website itself is clean and simple, with a big focus on the lifestyle images and products for sale across the website, the user journey is second to none, and there is a big focus on the users experience through the website, it is integrated with a reviews system, that allows potential buyers to see what others thought of the product and should encourage them to buy online through the website.
A key feature of the website is the skin tester, where a user selects their skin and hair tone to see whether they are suitable for the product, based on the result, depends on whether the user can proceed to adding the product to their basket.
As this was a new product, it was important to start creating a social buzz around the brand and the product before the launch of the website, we implemented a landing page with a count-down offering a discount for those who signed up, and created a social and PPC campaign around the products on the website to help drive traffic to the website over the coming months.
