Must Have:
Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript + PHP
Experience with WordPress based content-managed websites
Media Query planning and execution
Strong experience with Mac OSX & Adobe Creative Suite
Cross-browser and cross-platform testing understanding
Can make coffee, endure office banter and are a generally nice person
Advantageous Qualities:
Understanding of Parallels Plesk hosting solutions
iOS, Android or cross-platform app development
Experience with Magento, Drupal and other CMS/e-Commerce systems
Knowledge of User-Experience processes
