June 1, 2015

Fifteen were delighted to be approached by online estate agency, Cloudhouse, to work on their new logo design.

Nottingham based Cloudhouse, aims to stand out from the rest by promoting their forward thinking, modern approach to selling houses, which intends to remove unnecessary costs which many traditional agents impose on their customers, ultimately passing the savings on to those who use their services.

The Nottingham based company were looking for an agency that they could work closely with to create a brand for their new online estate agency business, which, being predominately based online, needed to stand out in this market and put the new company in the running with agency’s that have already built up a reputation.

Cloudhouse Brand and Logo Design

The brand was designed to be modern and fresh while still containing elements of professionalismThe chosen Cloudhouse logo, utilises a device which describes the Cloudhouse name, which teamed with a unique, modern font creates a memorable brand which delivers their message to their target audience.

Cloudhouse Brochure Design

Once the final logo design was settle upon we carried the brand through onto a range of marketing materials for the company which allowed us to push the brand and really see it come to life. This is always a great opportunity which we embrace here at Fifteen, as it allows us to create a strong visual style which fully portrays the company. These included bus advertisements, billboards and a brochure to name a few.

As with all brands we design, we created brand guidelines for the Cloudhouse logo. These ensure that the brand is clearly defined and used consistently in all future visual forms of communication, which in turn will strengthen the company’s message and increase awareness of the brand.
