What made you want to work for Fifteen?

Fifteen comes across as a fantastic agency and I was completely sold after meeting Ollie and Kate. I’m looking forward to working on some exciting digital projects across a range of clients and helping Fifteen continue to win awards and deliver great results.

Why did you become a Digital Marketing Manager and what are the most enjoyable aspects of the job?

I always loved the idea of working in marketing and this job allows me to do everything from planning, implementing and tweaking a campaign right through to analysing what worked and what didn’t for next time. I love the fact that there’s always something new to learn or test in digital.

What’s the most unusual fact about yourself that not a lot of people know?

…I still can’t ride a bike.

What would we be likely to bump into you doing at the weekend?

Most likely at a local gig in Nottingham or catching up with a series on Netflix. Would be odd if you bumped into me at home though.

My party trick is: I make a mean French Martini

If I was born a girl, my parents would have named me: Kayleigh, after the song by Marillion

My favourite cocktail is: Old Fashioned

If I was in a band, we would be called: I am, we’re called Merrick’s Tusk J

I cringe at: Mushrooms. I don’t know what we did so wrong to deserve Mushrooms.

I laugh at: Mainly things I really shouldn’t laugh at

On my way to work I: Listen to Spotify, start my mental task list for the day

If I won the lottery, I would: Slowly start getting more extravagant until people noticed – bring an eagle to work, that sort of thing. Then set up a funding scheme for unsigned musicians / a record label / a music venue.

My home from home is: My band’s rehearsal space

The best piece of advice I’ve ever had is: Nothing changes if nothing changes

I am never without: My phone, for the music mainly
