Sophie

Senior Digital Producer

What has your best moment been while working at Fifteen?
There have been many proud moments for me since joining in 2014, from launching 2 of the biggest websites that Fifteen had worked on (to that point) within a month of each other, to seeing Josh win Level 3 Apprentice of the Year (proud work-mum moment), getting great testimonials from clients about their websites and of course winning awards for websites that I’ve managed through the studio.

What would you say is the biggest challenge about being a Senior Digital Producer?
My whole job is challenging, which I love, there is something new to do every day. The biggest challenge in my role is scheduling the developer’s workload and trying to keep all of the account managers and producers happy and trying to squeeze in any last minute development works into the schedule.

What’s the most unusual fact about yourself that not a lot of people know?
I have hypermobility, which means that my joints can bend further than your average joe!

What would we be likely to bump into you doing at the weekend?
Normally having a sing song around the house while I’m cleaning up.

What inspires you?
My family and friends inspire me, to do better in myself and to follow my dreams.

My party trick is: Opening a beer bottle with my teeth

If I was born a boy, my parents would have named me: Richard Andrew (which is my brothers name) or David James

My dream car registration plate would be: 5QU15HY

My favourite cocktail is: Key West Cooler

I laugh at: Most things…. Very simple minded!

On my way to work I: Listen to Gem 106 or sing as loud as possible in the car….

If I won the lottery, I would: Buy a house and go on holiday! (and give money to the family)

My guilty pleasure is: Listening to 90’s cheesy music!

My home from home is: Currently Fifteen Design!

The best piece of advice I’ve ever had is: From my Nanna, and that is that – Everything Happens For A Reason
