Back End Developer
What made you want to work for Fifteen?
Sam Doyle was my main reason for joining Fifteen. Sam has been my mentor for many years and taught me a lot of valuable skills. And when the opportunity came to to work for such a prestigious, award-winning company under Sam’s rule… well only a fool would turn it down.
Why did you become a Backend Developer and what are the most enjoyable aspects of the job?
I have always been very interested in technology and how it works, and what better way to understand it than the build the software itself. The most enjoyable aspects are building interesting and complex applications – the more complex, the bigger the sense of achievement at the end.
What’s the most unusual fact about yourself that not a lot of people know?
I once slipped and fell onto a frozen pea and got it lodged in the back of my skull.
What would we be likely to bump into you doing at the weekend?
Unless you’re in my bedroom.

My favourite cocktail is: Fosters, Strongbow and blackcurrant.
If I was in a band, we would be called: Have you tried turning it off and on again.
I cringe at: The sound the freezer makes when you open the drawer.
I laugh at: Bojack Horseman.
On my way to work I: Listen to Spotify.
If I won the lottery, I would: Spend it all within a few years and have to go back to work.
My home from home is: McDonalds.
The best piece of advice I’ve ever had is: Stephen, get an iPhone.
I am never without: My iPhone.Back to Team
