Last year, we were honoured to be shortlisted as finalists at the East Midlands Chamber Business Awards 2016 in the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ category for Derbyshire. Unfortunately, we were pipped to the post on the evening but what a great experience and accolade it was to celebrate at the awards ceremony at The Roundhouse in Derby with all those fantastic local businesses.
After having such a great experience last year, we entered the awards again this year, this time in the ‘Outstanding Growth’ category. The awards deadline was the day we jetted off to Ibiza, so we spent this week drafting our entry together. We reflected on our brilliant year of growth from profit, turnover, staff, new business to award wins and sent the application off just before we boarded the plane to celebrate we absolutely smashing our target turnover for the year. What a great way to finish off the application!
The finalists of the awards were announced last night at the East Midlands Chamber Derbyshire Presidents Summer Celebration and we’re delighted to share the news with you that we have been named as Derbyshire finalists for a second year. Other companies in the category celebrating this news include: ChargedEV, Chevin Fleet Solutions, DG Light Haulage and Purpose Media. Congratulations to all of the finalists across this year’s awards.

The next step in the East Midlands Chamber Business Awards is to attend an interview with the judges in July followed by the awards ceremony evening which will this year be held at Derby County Football Club on 8 September 2017. This evening will bring together all of the Derbyshire finalists from his year’s awards and celebrate their success.
