We’ve just received the great news that three of our websites have been awarded a prize at this year’s MarCom Awards, including two Platinum Awards and a Honourable Mention.
MacCom is an established creative competition, sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), a 22 year old organisation full of thousands of creative professionals.
The MarCom Awards is a creative competition for marketing and communication professionals recognising outstanding achievement involved in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing and communication materials.
The industry specialist judges have spent the past month reviewing over 6000 entries from design consultancies, marketing agencies and PR specialists from across the world. They are looking for companies and individuals with talent that exceeds high standards and who set a benchmark for the creative industry.
The award winners are selected from over 300 categories across design, print, web and communication strategies. Awards include Platinum, Gold and Honourable Mentions.
Here are the results for Fifteen’s entries:
iProtect Systems – Platinum Award
The website we designed and developed for iProtect Systems is a stand out measure of our development and user experience skills. iProtect Systems provide security systems for the commercial and domestic market that utilise modern technology to give users an intelligent solution to their security needs. The company is at the forefront of technological advances in this sector and so it was important that their website reflected this. The website is a platform for the company to showcase all of their products and services and encourage visitors to get in touch with them for a quote, so it was very important that the user experience, user interface and information delivery was exceptional. The website is loaded with interactive hot spots to encourage user engagement and also compliment the high end technology of the products they supply.
Fifteen Blog – Platinum Award
The Fifteen blog serves two real purposes; one is to act as thought leadership content for our clients, a place where they can go to find all the latest moves in our digital market and where they feel safe in the knowledge that the information will be accurate and to the point. Secondly it is a hive of information about all things Fifteen including what we’re up to, how we’re growing, who’s won the latest staff bake-off and who’s raised money for charity. It’s a place where prospective clients can get to know our personalities and where existing clients can ‘keep up the Fifteenians’.
The Sixth Form College, Solihull – Honourable Mention
The website for The Sixth Form College, Solihull is a project that we have all greatly enjoyed working on. From winning the tender opportunity in January to finally launching the website in line with the new school year in September, we’ve worked hard as a team to deliver something that is new, exciting and a real step forward from the previous marketing material offered by the college. Working closely with the college, we’ve created a concept based the their strong belief that every student needs to be treated as an individual to be the best that they can be. They need to be the best version of themselves – Be You.
