Great things start with a spark, and that is exactly what has happened with Fifteen’s latest launch with the new Spark Website!
Spark is a global company who have offices in Europe, Asia, America and Australia. They specialize in brand design, localization, and activation.
Spark offer services that allow the team to be curious, creative and committed from branding to supply chain solutions. Spark are leaders within the industry and work with a whole host of brands including some well-known household names such as Disney, BBC, P&G, Fox and more.
The task was to position Spark as the brand solutions partner of choice worldwide, with the aim to increase leads, conversions and engagement through a responsive, interactive and dynamic website and copywriting exercise.
Working with Spark to redesign the global company website inline with the new rebrand, we needed to effectively and clearly communicate what Spark does, promoting the companies values and ethos and showcasing the results achieved by their services.
We aimed to develop a website that allows Spark to stand out from their competitors with stand-alone messaging and creatives that will attract new clients and retain their existing clients.
Being a leader in the industry, we needed to make sure that Spark had a website that they were proud to put online.
We worked closely with the Spark design and wider team to produce a website design that allows for impact and that would work in a responsive manner. Using large images across the site to highlight and demonstrate their service offering and projects.
The users journey through the website was really important to the success of this project, so where possible we’ve added links to additional pages on the site, and included an area on the website where the user can view projects that are suited to a challenge that a user of the website might be facing in order to identify their needs and showcase the relevant case studies that would convert them as a potential new client.
The new Spark website is built using responsive HTML & CSS and then uses Umbraco CMS to allow the admin to manage the content and images on the website moving forward.
The site is built using best practice code and development techniques and is fully scalable so the website will respond to fit the users’ browser.
Tone of Voice
As part of this project, we took on a copywriting exercise, that explored tone of voice, and the way that the new Spark wanted to appear online.
After meetings with the Spark project team and the Fifteen creative team, a tone of voice document was created and from that, we proceeded to write the copy for the website adhering to the new Spark tone.
