PM Podcasts are a great listen, and offer a range of free and paid-for podcasts that are fab for project managers to listen to!
There are great podcasts about a range of different project management techniques from social media, to design and web development, and cover a wide range of other topics such as workflow, scoping out projects and being flexible with your PM skills.
I really enjoy listening to these, as they help me focus on the different aspects of my role, and allows me to know that I’m not alone with some of the issues that PM’s face on a daily basis, with the range of tasks that we need to tackle day in and day out.
I generally listen to these at home, or while I’m taking a lunch break, being away from my desk and listening to these, helps realign myself, and focus on the subject of the podcast and the lesson that they are trying to teach.
Josh, our production coordinator, also listens to the podcasts ensuring we stay at the top of our game, become a stronger team and manage projects more effectively within Fifteen for our clients.
