Fifteen have been busy working with the team at Smart Living on their new brand and website, which we are pleased to announce is now live.
Smart Living bring expertise to the build to rent sector, ensuring developments are ran seamlessly and efficiently, from conception to managing tenants and pride themselves on their ability to maximise returns for their customers.
Fifteen were tasked to create a visual identity for the new company along with a professional web presence where they could showcase their work.
Starting out with the brand, Fifteen were required to create an all-new professional image for the company. The final brand elements, including logo and colours, were selected for their connotations to technology and making connection. The device also had the ability to be used as a stand-alone element, which could also be used throughout any future designs that were required in order to strengthen the brand’s image. Here’s some of what we came up with.
The team at Fifteen then worked closely to ensure the new identity rolled out seamlessly across the new website design. Staying on-brand with the use of colour, we were able to introduce the device element appropriately throughout the rest of the design.
As part of the brief, a key requirement for the website was to allow Smart Living’s figures do the talking. Animated numbers help to draw attention to these areas and let them speak for themselves on the results that Smart Living can achieve.
The new website is fully responsive, ensuring it is accessible on all device. Built using the content management system, the website remains easy for users to update and allows room for future growth.
