Our new Out of Hours Support Package

December 8, 2017

No matter if you’re a successful business or pioneering a startup, operating online isn’t without its pitfalls – especially if you’re not technically minded. We’re constantly striving to make the web a more accessible place for our clients, so we we’re excited by our new customer service offering.

Reactive vs Proactive Website Support

As we’ve been working with an ever-growing client list, we’ve been getting more questions about out of office-hours support in an emergency. Historically, our dedicated team of developers jump on problems as and when they arise. But, as there wasn’t previously a protocol for this, there could have been a time when all of our developers were not available for an immediate remedy. This was also a very reactive approach, something we’re not comfortable with here. We want to find problems and fix them before they become serious.

Most offices close at 5.30 on a Friday, and don’t open again until 9am on Monday. However, the web keeps on running. So, what would you do if your site completely crashed at 6pm on Friday? In even more extreme cases, what would you do if your website failed during the Christmas period where your digital agency is potentially closed for up to 2 weeks at a time?

Announcing our brand-new support service

We’re proud to be able to launch our latest customer service offering – Out of Hours Support.

We are now at the end of the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 363 days a year (sorry we’re taking off Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).

Whether it’s 8pm on a Monday, or 4am on a Sunday, our developers will be on standby to resolve critical issues.

We offer a guaranteed 30-minute response time, and a direct conversation with one of our awesome developers. The team has all the technology at its fingertips to be able to solve any problem that could be stopping your business from making money – and ultimately give you complete peace of mind around the clock.

Best of all, we have a strategy in place, so it doesn’t have to cost you the earth.

If you’d like to begin emergency coverage for your site, please get in touch with me at [email protected].
