As we’ve been working with an ever-growing client list, we’ve been getting more questions about out of office-hours support in an emergency. Historically, our dedicated team of developers jump on problems as and when they arise. But, as there wasn’t previously a protocol for this, there could have been a time when all of our developers were not available for an immediate remedy. This was also a very reactive approach, something we’re not comfortable with here. We want to find problems and fix them before they become serious.

Most offices close at 5.30 on a Friday, and don’t open again until 9am on Monday. However, the web keeps on running. So, what would you do if your site completely crashed at 6pm on Friday?
