About you
I have worked in various industries from insurance to construction and during that time my knowledge has grown, being Head of Finance at Fifteen is the most enjoyable position I have held. My role has enabled me to use the whole scope of my experience, dealing with all aspects of accounting from the basics through to Management Accounts.
About my role
The Head of Finance role enables me cover all aspects, from internal audits to having Customer focus by building relationships and understanding their accounting procedures. To apply energy and effort to achieve positive results and adhere to deadlines. Also to fully understand how different areas of the business operates and have a clear understanding of all technical processing.
What is your favourite project you’ve worked on?
My preferred project must be the completion of the management accounts schedule folders, this has enabled management at Fifteen to understand that to gather and analyse information aids working to targets which achieves growth in net profit, year on year.
What have you learnt at Fifteen
To be young at heart as Fifteen have a young, vibrant and very energetic team.
What is rewarding about working for Fifteen?
I enjoy seeing the business grow from strength to strength; every day is different and Fifteen are a fantastic team to work with.
